Position Title: MIT
Reports to: General Manager
Status: Hourly
Position Summary
The Manager in Training along with the Sales Manager are the second in charge at the individual branch location. The Credit
Manager performs a wide variety of job functions at the direction of the General Manager, assisting and coordinating store activities to ensure safe, professional and profitable operations. The Credit Manager is accountable for meeting company objectives; maintain company quality standards and adhering to company policies.
Principal Accountabilities

Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively in person and over the phone with employees and customers

Plan, organize, delegate, coordinate and follow up various tasks and assignments
Recognize and solve problems
Must have proficient navigational skills with a satisfactory driving record and meet insurability requirements
Regular and consistent attendance, including nights and weekends as business dictates
Education and Experience
Two years’ experience with Rent-to-Own, retail or other business emphasizing customer service, account management, sales and merchandising.
General Physical Requirements
Position routinely requires lifting, loading, moving, and using a dolly for merchandise 50-300 pounds
Stooping, bending, pulling, climbing, reaching and grabbing as required
Must be able to traverse multiple flights of stairs while carrying furniture, appliance, and electronics
Prolonged driving and standing
Must be able to work in and outdoors in a variety of climates and weather conditions.
