Position Overview: We are seeking a personable, highly motivated, teachable, and experienced individual to join the Somerset House Team as an Assistant General Manager. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the overall management and operations of Somerset House Condominium Association. This position requires a combination of leadership skills, operational expertise, emotional intelligence, and exceptional interpersonal abilities to ensure the smooth functioning of our community.

Some responsibilities include:

· Operational Support

· Financial Management

· Resident Relations

· Vendor Management

· Compliance

· Project Management

· Meeting Coordination

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, collaborative and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Building Link and property management software.
