About the Position: The Branch Manager is responsible for the safe, profitable and efficient overall performance of the Branch, including Safety, Facilities, Inventory, Team Management, Freight, Fleet/Asset Management and Customer Service. The Branch Manager is expected to be a reliable and responsible partner for the sales team not only for the region but for the entire company. BayWa r.e. has many Strategic/Key Accounts that will need services from multiple locations, adding to the complexity of the service itself. This role works in close partnership with the sales team, Sales Manager, and reports to the Regional Manager.
