Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant with a proven track record in treating injured workers. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of job-specific rehabilitation and work conditioning. If you have experience tailoring treatment plans to help individuals not only recover but excel in their work-related tasks, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to injured workers' needs and job requirements.

Conduct thorough assessments to identify functional limitations and design targeted interventions.

Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to optimize patients' overall well-being and successful reintegration into the workforce.

Demonstrate leadership potential by spearheading our injured worker rehabilitation program and fostering a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.

Proven experience in treating injured workers, including job-specific rehab and work conditioning.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and external stakeholders.

Desire to take the lead in developing and enhancing our injured worker rehabilitation program.
