Bayside Home Improvement, LLC. is Hiring a Dispatcher/Accounting Near Phoenix, AZ

We are a small remodeling company specializing in high-quality residential renovations, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full home makeovers. Our commitment to excellence has earned us a reputation for quality and integrity. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled individual to take on a dual role as a Dispatcher and Accountant. This unique position will play a crucial role in both our operational efficiency and financial health.

Job Description:

The Dispatcher & Accountant will be an integral part of our team, responsible for coordinating project logistics and managing financial records. This dual role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who excels in fast-paced environments and is capable of wearing multiple hats efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Dispatcher Role:

  • Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.
  • Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors.
  • Monitor personnel and/or equipment locations and utilization to coordinate service and schedules.
  • Record and maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.

Accountant Role:

  • Manage all accounting transactions, including billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and various special analyses.
  • Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks and financial activities.
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
  • Ensure timely bank payments and compute taxes.
  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a dispatcher and/or accountant, preferably in the construction or remodeling industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial standards, and legislation.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks), databases, and scheduling platforms.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma; degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field is a plus.
  • Certification in accounting or related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 per month
