Education/Experience:

• High school diploma
• dental office experience (preferred)
• Dentrix experience (preferred)
• Manages the dental hygienists patient flow
• Assists with other schedules as needed
• Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and prepare patient charts
• Provide concierge level customer service while interacting with patients and team members over the phone, in person, or via electronic communication
• Schedule appointments to optimize patient satisfaction, provider time and most effective use of exam and treatment rooms
• Present treatment plans/financial arrangements and collect patient responsibility
• Manages patient flow to reduce patient wait time
• Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition
• Maintains confidentiality of all information in accordance with HIPAA
