Bayshore Construction Company is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Arlington, WA

Bayshore Construction Company is seeking a project manager to come work with us in our Arlington, WA office. This position is only available as in person, with NO OPTION FOR REMOTE WORK.
Responsibilities include and may be modified from time to time:
  • Manage costs and risks to meet project budgets.
  • Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts.
  • Coordinate with superintendent schedule and activities.
  • Issue project progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines.
  • Coordinate between general contractors, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Select subcontractors and suppliers for best fit and to maintain project budgets.
  • Ensure work is done in compliance with contract documents.
You must possess the following skills to work in this position:
  • 5 years minimum project management experience on construction projects.
  • Ability to determine and find solutions to project issues before they arise.
  • Comprehensive knowledge reading and understanding project drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient knowledge of project management software.
  • Ability to create and maintain project schedules.
  • Skilled in negotiation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
