Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various mechanical and electrical systems within our facilities. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of equipment
- Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document repairs
- Fabricate or weld components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree preferred
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in electrical systems and ability to read electrical schematics
- Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior technicians
