Hours: Monday - Friday 8 - 5:30 - Alternating Saturdays and Sundays off.

**STARTING PAY AND MAX PAY DEPENDENT UPON EXPERIENCE, WORK ETHIC, AND ATTITUDE**

• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems and performing repair work on vehicles as needed.
• Conducting routine maintenance on vehicles aiming to prolong vehicle functionality and longevity.
• Repairing or replacing broken or dysfunctional vehicle parts and fixing various fluid leaks (oil, coolant, etc.).
• Communicating directly with the Service Writer(s) or Service Manager regarding the status of the service work.
• Continuously learning new technical information and repair techniques through dealership and OEM trainings.
• Listens to customer and provide recommendations to meet their needs while achieving the goals of the dealership.
• Maintain and comply with OEM vehicle maintenance policy and procedures.
• List approximately 5-10 qualifications for the position.
• At least 3 years of experience as a technician in a shop environment.
• Experience reading electrical schematics and using diagnostic tools, or willingness to learn.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic capabilities.
• Ability to sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, lower, push, leverage, carry, and manipulate vehicles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour

Experience:

• Powersports Mechanical: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Motorcycle License (Preferred)
