Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, a division of IES, is offering a paid training opportunity at our new education center in Lakeland, Florida. 

Candidates will be taught all the skills they need to start a career in HVAC in our state-of-the-art facility! No prior experience needed. All that is required is a willingness to learn.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment skills test

Responsibilities

• Communicates effectively with team members
• Cleaning the job site after the work is completed
• Following the lead HVAC techs orders and instructions
