Bayonet Plumbing is Hiring a Call Center Manager Near Hudson, FL
Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is in need of a Full-Time Call Center Manager for our Hudson location.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience managing a team of at least ten people
- Experience working within a high-volume Call Center and/or Dispatch environment
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Computer and technology literate
- Highly attentive; does not overlook the details
- Demonstrated ability to train others
- Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize often
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
