Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, a division of IES, is looking for a Bathroom Renovation Project Manager for our New Port Richey location.The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of remodel projects, managing project timelines, and ensuring safety and quality compliance. Additionally, they will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with contractors and internal plumbing team.Job responsibilities:Prepare detailed accurate estimates for material, labor, equipment. Attend on-site pre-bid/proposal conferences and site visits, as neededDevelop and review subcontractor scopes of work. Ability to recruit and manage plumbing crews for remodels throughout Tampa Bay
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in a growing businessQualifications:Must be a self-starter and a leader
