Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator/ Log Coordinator

Pay rate: $25- $28

Job Description:

The Log Coordinators main responsibility is to schedule all Commercial spots according to Agency instructions and to execute the channels promotional strategy by placing promos according to instructions from On-Air Planning. The Log Coordinator is responsible for organizing the breaks in a systematic way so that the On- Air look is attractive, informative and fresh. Position is responsible for commercial & promo placement, exact time logs, add promo house numbers , final log check and commercial spot imports. Candidate needs to be fluent in English and Spanish (written and oral).

• Proven attention to detail skills a must.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to follow directives but not hesitant to ask questions.
• Strong interpersonal skills; works well on teams and independently.
• Adept on all MS Office software especially EXCEL.
• Working knowledge of traditional television, multiplatform viewing & new media industries.
• Very comfortable with heavy internet research and data entry.
• The ability to collaborate across the organization to achieve goals.
• Genuine desire to be proactive during downtime and to help other team members succeed.
