Full Job Description

We are looking for a reliable Handyman for the upkeep of our property inside and out. We need someone who is skilled and knowledgeable to keep our facilities in perfect condition by doing various odd jobs, preventative maintenance, and to repair anything that breaks. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to be self motivated on assessing tasks that need to be done, and seeing that preventative maintenance is routinely done.

Responsibilities

• Clean facilities by sweeping, dusting etc.
• Perform maintenance and light repairs
• Preventative mainteance
• Painting
• Wall repairs
• Undertake light installation and replacement
• Repair equipment or appliances
• Assist with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
• Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow)
• Going through the rooms assessing repairs needed

Skills

• Proven experience as handyman
• Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
• Basic math skills
• Good communication ability
• Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
• Attention to detail
• Self motivated, does not need direction
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Monday to Friday

• Maintenance: 1 year (Required)
