Position Overview :

Are you a dedicated Clinical Supervisor or Counselor Supervisor passionate about making a positive impact on individuals' lives?

As part of our team, you'll lead and support Counselors and Counselor Interns in delivering top-notch treatment and casework services.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• Caseload Management : Assign and adjust counselors' caseloads as needed.
• Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough file reviews to maintain high-quality service standards.
• Intake Operations : Direct and supervise all intake processes for a seamless experience.
• Service Delivery : Guarantee efficient and effective counseling services for all patients.
• Documentation : Ensure accurate, up-to-date clinical records per Federal and State Regulations.
• Supervision : Provide direct supervision to clinicians and contribute to staff development through various means.
• Leadership : Act as Treatment Center Director when required.
• Additional Responsibilities : Be prepared to undertake any other related duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications :

• Certification / License : CADC certification or LPC / LCSW licensure in the State of Illinois.
• Experience : Minimum of 3 years working with individuals dealing with substance dependence.
• Supervisory Skills : Previous supervisory experience, self-motivated, and directed.
• Attitude : Demonstrate a positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward our patient population.
• Technical Proficiency : Proficient with Microsoft Office; familiarity with EMRs is a plus.
• Screening : Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
