Day Neuro

Hours: Monday - Friday 8a - 5p

Full Time

Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience and internal equity.

BSW Lakeway Day Neuro clinic is seeking a Center Manager to lead our growing multi-disciplinary team (PT/ OT/ SLP/ Recreational Therapist). This dynamic team comprises a specialized Neuro-Outpatient program to treat a variety of Neurological diagnoses including Brain Injury, Stroke, and SCI. This program focuses on working with patients post acquired neurological injury with an emphasis on return to work/school or community activities. The ideal candidate will have significant neurologic rehab experience with specialty certification, previous supervisory duties or program development experience preferred. The Center Manager is expected to manage daily operations for this dynamic program.

Responsibilities

Provides daily management and supervision of services at assigned center, possesses a diverse knowledge base and skill set to facilitate patient treatment and staff development. Facilitate team dynamics and efficient facility functions. The CM is involved in the organization and the community to help grow the business. Responsible for staff and financial management of the outpatient center, identifies key indicators and influences upon them. Communicates with Regional Director/Market Manager on an on-going basis and provides clinical and operational performance updates.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid state licensure as a Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapist required. 
  • Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
  • A minimum of three years experience in a rehab setting required with supervisory experience preferred.
