The Maintenance Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance team, ensuring that the facilities and equipment are maintained in optimal working condition. This role involves coordinating maintenance activities, supervising team members, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency. The Maintenance Team Leader will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, managing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Pay Range: $60,000 - $85,000 /year. • Manage daily work schedules
• Carry out projects as assigned
• Maintain Managers Plus, parts inventory and approve parts purchases
• Ensure equipment maintenance is being completed
• Help maintain with all lock out tag out processes
• Assist with hiring and maintain communications with team members
• Work with team members to resolve equipment issues
• Develop team member training programs
• Team member reviews, employment development, and disciplinary measures as needed
• Implement policies and procedures effectively
• Continue to provide in place and safe working environment for team

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years' experience in leadership role
• Continuing Supervision training preferred
