Responsibilities:

• The Supervisor of Revenue Management assumes a leadership role within their area of specialty (Reimbursement areas impacting hospitals and other providers and/or Revenue Cycle Accounting and Financial Reporting) and will interact with all levels of management.
• Lead and/or participate in project teams assembled to achieve Revenue Management Department goals and objectives.
• As a subject matter expert, the Supervisor, Revenue Management, maintains and improve the integrity of reimbursement matters and/or revenue cycle accounting/financial reporting.
• Takes ownership for results, exhibits excellent communication/people skills, displays a positive attitude, ability and willingness to share knowledge, and oversees direct reports.
• This position may only be used within the Revenue Management department with a Manager that has more than 6 FTEs and the Supervisor should have a minimum of 3 FTEs.

• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8 years of Accounting/Financial Analysis or 6 years of Reimbursement or Revenue Cycle Accounting/Financial Reporting.
• High level understanding of EDW warehouse functions.

• Preferred Certification & Licensure also include applicable Revenue Cycle Certification.
