Summary:

• The Server Analyst provides technical support by assembling and testing server hardware, operating systems, and troubleshoots server related issues.
• Maintains the server operating systems and participates in the development and ongoing management of Service Level Agreements with the customers.
• Research, evaluate, recommend, and define standards for server level software and hardware technologies.
• Partner with other IS teams throughout project lifecycle to ensure architectural compliance related to design and development of best practices along with approved technology standards.
• Actively participate in project analysis, design and development phases to define appropriate options for system deployment.
• Develop and deploy server security standards.
• Develop and document test lab and testing scenarios defining conditions, outcomes, and risk assessments.
• Provide recommendations and documentation to appropriate IS Governance Committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Required Experience: 2 years of Software OR Server related experience.
