BayCare is currently in search of our newest RN Medical Group who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. The Registered Nurse supports the physician's office health care team.

Responsibilities:

• Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols, delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
• Help manage lab compliance, inventory, quality assurance and control
• Train, offer guidance, coach and ensure tasks and best practice workflows are followed by clinical team members
• Clinical core competencies
• Foster an environment of continuous learning for growth and development
• Designated team lead with any specific tasks assigned by site manager
• Assist with patient care, triage, medications, messages, nurse visits
• Care coordination and navigation
• Projects as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Certification & Licensure:

• Required BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Required RN (Registered Nurse)
• Required PALS (Pediatric)
• Required ACLS (Cardiovascular) if applicable

Education:

• Required Nursing Technical Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Required Experience:

• Required 1 year RN experience
• Preferred 1year Medical Office experience
