The Regional Manager- Urgent Care is responsible for:

• Provides management and leadership of assigned Urgent Care sites.
• Oversees the utilization management and daily business operations to include financial, operational, administrative and regulatory compliance.
• Assists Director, Physician Services in preparing operating budgets and capital budget requests.
• Responsible for setting up new practices and on-boarding new physicians and staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required experience:

• 5 years of Physician Group Practice Management, or 8 years of Physician Group Practice Management in lieu of degree.

Required education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business
• 8 years of Physician Group Practice Management in lieu of Degree
