Position Details:

• Location: New Tampa, Carrollwood, Clearwater, and St Pete
• Status: Full Time (non-exempt)
• Twelve (12) hour shift 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday (or until the last patient leaves) with two days on, then two days off rotation.
• This will include every other weekend (Weekend Differential may apply)

The Radiology Tech is responsible for the following:

• Assists physicians with triage, patient examination, procedures, treatments, and x-ray/imaging services.
• Responsible for patient histories, routine lab procedures and preparation of specimens for transport to the lab.
• Create and maintain patient charts.
• File charts and reports.
• Position may require travel to other sites depending on patient volume and clinic needs.
• Ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.
• This position supports urgent care offices with x-ray equipment.

Required Certification or Licensure includes ARRT, BLS, and Florida CRT (within 6 months of hire).

Required Certification and Licensure:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) within 30 days of hire;
• ARRT and
• Florida CRT (within 6 months of hire)

Education:

• Required High School or Equivalent;
• Required Associates - Radiology or
• Technical - Radiology
