The Patient Access Service Coordinator - Behavioral Health provides administrative direction and facilitates the functions and daily activities of the Patient Accounts department for the assigned service center.

Responsibilities:

• Compliance with administrative and program specific policies and procedures
• Training of administrative support
• Generating required and special interest reports
• Tracking required data and information
• Matrix responsibilities for the Health Information Management department and other assigned team members
• Other duties as assigned

Travel may be required between Tampa, Clearwater and St. Petersburg locations.

Education Requirement:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Associate degree

Experience Requirement:

• 2 years - Supervisory Role in a Medical Office
• • Insurance Verification

  • Behavioral Health exp. preferred
