BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our outstanding and compassionate Behavioral Health team at the Mease Dunedin Hospital in Dunedin!

The Nurse Manager is:

• A leader within the health system who demonstrates proficiency in all quality leadership skills.
• Responsible for expertly managing the care of a patient population and practicing expert critical thinking skills when in the clinical setting.
• Responsible for assuming 24-hour responsibility for a patient care unit and acts as liaison between patients, team members, physicians, other customers, and administration.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Nurse Specialty - preferred

Required Education:

• Bachelor's in Nursing

Experience:

• 3 years RN Experience
• 2 years Healthcare Leadership
• OR 1 year in Nursing Leadership with MSN and RN Certification
