Summary:

• Leads event, corporate and partnerships giving to help maximize philanthropic support of Foundation.
• This position has ultimate responsibility for events, the majority of corporate engagement as well as community partnerships. These relationships are often a first-time interaction with a corporate/community partner and their leaders and should parlay into increased meaningful engagement, retention and an increased investment.
• Manage, steward and solicit community partners for a rewarding partnership that showcases impact.
• Research and identify new community partners leaning into areas of influence to generate introductions.
• Oversee other team members responsible for Special Events and Development and lead the team to deliver events metrics, planning, logistics expertise and a constant focus on trends and best-in-class examples.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Experience:

• 10 years of nonprofit fundraising, must have experience with top level volunteer management, peer-to-peer fundraising, corporate fundraising and have a growth mindset.
• 5 years experience must be in people management.
