BayCare Health System is currently seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to join our outstanding and compassionate team.

Job Duties & Responsibilities of The Guest Services Ambassador

• Will need to address & resolve issues, recognizing those requiring escalation to facility leaders and/or manager.
• This role will exist in a variety of settings and may or may not require performing all job specific functions listed within this description.
• Must possess advanced computer skills and is proficient in all of the following modalities/computer applications as appropriate: reception, registration, scheduling, financial counseling, insurance verification, waiting room management, and document management.
• Completing accurate and timely registrations
• Collecting and posting charges and payments
• Working in multiple systems simultaneously
• Answering patient and client questions
• Performing other duties as assigned.
• Ability to work extended hours including evenings and weekends.
• The Work Schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 6:30AM-3:30PM, 8:00AM-5:00PM or 11:00AM-8:00PM depending on the day and an occasional Saturday.

Qualifications:

Education

• High School or Equivalent

Experience

• Required 1 year Customer Service or 1 year Hospitality

Skills

• Bilingual highly preferred
