Summary:

• The Financial Assistance Caseworker is responsible for identifying patients who may be eligible for financial and social assistance from various public agencies by assessing their financial and social situation, acting as a liaison between the patient, the family and public agencies, and documenting the assessment and approvals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Required Education and Experience includes 5 years Social Work or Public Assistance with a High School Diploma or 1-year Social Work or Public Assistance with a Bachelor's degree.
• This position is 100% on-site at St. Anthony's in downtown St. Petersburg.
