The Contract Analyst is responsible for:

• Managing the intake, tracking, and coordination of all operational and physician contracts for the health system.
• The Contract Analyst also reviews and prepares corporate contracts, physician contracts, and other legal documents, ensure all contracts comply with the applicable federal and state regulatory guidelines (e.g., anti-kickback, Stark, etc.)
• Coordinates with various internal departments, in-house counsel, and outside counsel on key contractual terms and conditions
• Develops and refines standard templates for use throughout the health system.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience Required:

• Required - 1 year - Legal; Or - 1 year - Paralegal; Or - 1 year - Contracts Related; Preferred - 1 year - Healthcare in related field
• OR Attorney with No Experience is also acceptable to fulfill the experience requirement.

Education Required:

• Bachelors - Related Field

Shift Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
