BayCare is currently in search of our newest Clinical Laboratory Scientist I to join the laboratory team who is passionate about providing outstanding patient care and customer service to the community we serve!
Location:Morton Plant - Clearwater
Status:Full Time, Exempt: No
Shift Hours:6:00 AM-6:30 PM
Responsibilities:
Performs all diagnostic testing and quality controls
Prepares reagents
Reports results according to established policies and procedures
Reviews and oversees moderate to high complexity testing
Uses, monitors, and maintains computer applications appropriate to the position
Maintains equipment and supplies
Works independently and in a team
Must have customer service and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates organizational, time management, critical thinking, written, and verbal skills
Uses and understands medical terminology
Performs other duties as assigned
