Summary:
Serves as a member of the Cardiovascular and Interventional Services Team assisting in the performance of diagnostic and invasive procedures. Independently functions during diagnostic and interventions with minimal supervision.
Minimum Qualifications: (Must meet 1 of the 5 ways to qualify)
1. Technical or Associates in Radiology ARRT (Radiologic Technologist) 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology
2. Associates in Respiratory RRT (Respiratory Therapy), Active NBRC Credential for RRT 1 year experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology
3. Graduate of CVT Program and No Experience
4. 3 years of Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education
5. RCIS and/or RCES and 1 year of experience in Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology or Electrophysiology in lieu of education.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required - BLS (Basic Life Support); Required - ACLS (Cardiovascular); Required - AART (Radiologic Technologists); Or - RRT (Respiratory Therapy); And - Active NBRC Credential for RRT;
