Job Summary for the Memory Care "Avita" Activities/Program Director:
The Memory Care Program Director is responsible for the day to day delivery of programs in our Avita Special Care Unit, teaching the community team to engage in programming with the residents, and resident/family satisfaction.
Reporting to the Executive Director, the program director delivers services to the resident population of the community and supervises the Assisted Living Associates, as delegated by the Resident Care Director and as appropriate. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the geriatric field, preferably in a memory care environment.
