BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN and IDD experience required) for our Charlotte, NC Habilitation office. This office provides best in class care to adult I/DD clients throughout Anson, Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Montgomery, Richmond, Rowan, Stanly, Union County.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Visit our adult I/DD clients and conduct assessments in Charlotte, NC and other surrounding areas.
  • Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
  • Supervise nursing staff in the field.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Participate in the training of new nurses and in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN required.
  • Experience with intellectual/developmental disabilities strongly preferred.
  • Supervisory experience highly preferred.
