We have a Medical Social Worker opportunity open now doing home health visits in Senior Living communities in the Staunton/Charlottesville, VA area.
This is a Per Diem opportunity. Prior Home Health experience is strongly preferred.
This position is to service seniors under their home health benefit but within a few ALF/ILF communities only – it’s home health without the typical home health commute!
Prior home care experience preferred, but not required. As a Medical Social Worker, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.
