BAYADA Pediatrics has an immediate need for a CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant to care for our pediatric clients. As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard.

Currently, we are needing CNAs for 1st and 2nd shift in Hickory, NC.

We have current job openings in the following locations:

• HICKORY: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 830a-330p with an 8 y/o male
• HICKORY: Monday and Friday afternoon and evenings; Saturday 10a-3p with a 11 y/o female
• HICKORY: Monday and Friday 8a-5p with an 18 y/o female

Qualifications for CNA:

• Minimum one year work experience
• Certificate of at least 75 hours of Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA training
• Current CNA license listed in good standing with the board
• Current BLS certification

Job Responsibilities for CNA:

• Activities of daily living
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
