BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to be a Clinical Associate in our Medicare certified home health office in Tucson, AZ. As the Clinical Associate you will be on a fast-track to become a Clinical Manager. You will learn to lead the field staff in providing exceptional client service, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures. Clinical Associates learn internal case management, field staff evaluation and development.

As a Clinical Associate, you will learn how to:

• Direct and coordinate the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
• Process incoming referrals.
• Manage and mentor clinicians and field staff
• Conduct orientation of field staff
• Document reviews, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base
• Monitor quality assurance
• Manage staff productivity, and overall case management.
• Conduct client visits.

Qualifications:

• An active Registered Nurse license.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation highly desired.
• HCHB and understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding a plus.
• Strong people management and leadership experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
