Overview:

Our nationally recognized, full-service dental lab in the beautiful Virginia Beach area is seeking a well-qualified aspiring master-level ceramist/CAD designer (3Shape or Exocad) to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented, hard-working individual seeking to learn and be challenged with anterior and full arch casework, digital designing, and comprehensive case planning. Duties:

- Craft dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, and veneers with precision and attention to detail
- Utilize CAD software to design prosthetics based on patient specifications
- Ensure prosthetics meet quality standards and fit accurately within patients' mouths
- Collaborate with dental professionals to understand patient needs and preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold aseptic techniques and infection control protocols

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in dental laboratory techniques and procedures
- Knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy
- Experience with CAD software for designing dental prosthetics
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy and data security
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for intricate work
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with dental team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
