We also recognize that the next two years are critical to your professional growth and development. Bay State Community Services (BSCS) would like to be part of introducing and training you in providing care to new populations and different levels of care, and we would also like to assist you in refining your clinical specialty such as Trauma Informed Care and Child Development to name just a few specialty areas.
BSCS is a multi-service agency providing comprehensive Substance Use Disorders, Behavioral Health Services, Restorative Justice, Residential, Community-Based and Public Health Services to children, individuals, families, and our communities. Licensed to provide both Substance Use Disorders and Behavioral Health Services, we offer over 85 programs and a continuum of evidence-based and person-centered services.
We are looking for passionate and hardworking new graduates who want to learn about the continuum of services and experience the resources of a comprehensive social service agency with state, federal and private funding.
