Description
The Assistant Program Director will work collaboratively with peers, staff, and community partners to ensure that the program meets the needs of the Recovery community in the Quincy area.
What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference...
• Complete intakes and assessments with participants as required by the program
• Assist Program Director with CQI, data collection activities, and data reporting as required by the program
• Assist in program outreach and marketing to build a network in the community
• Supervise Peer Recovery Support Staff • Attend trainings and meetings as required by the program
• Maintain accurate records of all personal home visits, contacts, screenings
• Maintain client confidentiality and integrity in keeping with agency policies, practices, professional standards and program requirements.
• Acquire knowledge and expertise of the agency’s EHR software and other various database systems.
• Participate in community outreach events as needed and required.
Attend agency staff meetings as necessary and required.
• Perform all other duties as assigned and adhere to ongoing policies, program standards and supervisory directives.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of program and individuals.
• Other duties assigned as necessary to maintain the program operations

Requirements
• Lived experience with sustained recovery is required
• Strong people focus and orientation
• Ability to develop trusting relationships
• Has knowledge of Substance Use Disorder and respects and advocates for all paths to recovery
• Excellent organizational skills (oral and written) and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure.
• Ability to re-prioritize is a position requirement. • Possess the ability to work in a face paced environment.
• Valid MA driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current proof of insurance
• Acceptable CORI and SORI background record check as required by program
