POSITION SUMMARY:

Is responsible for the audit and reconciliation of the paperwork of the casinos.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Audits daily cage paperwork from Bay Mills Resort & Casino
• Audits daily slot activity
• Audits daily table activity
• Audits daily Draft Kings sportsbook
• Audits daily Funcard/Promotion’s activity.
• Plans and conducts audits of data processing systems and applications to safeguard assets.
• Ensures accuracy of data, and promotes operational efficiency.
• Writes audit reports to document findings and recommendations, using computer.
• Responsible for sorting daily resort paperwork, and the daily reconciliation of redeemed coupons and comp tickets.
• Responsible for working in several different programs such as; BlackBart, Super Playmate, Count Interface, Jackpot Fill Prime, and Quickets.
• Produces daily spreadsheets for distribution to management and input data into monthly spreadsheets.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope and complexity of this position’s essential functions.
• Must attend all mandatory trainings designated by the Human Resources Department and/or Department Director, including Title 31.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit with occasional walking and standing. Occasionally the employee must bend, squat, kneel, and push/pull. The employee must occasionally carry up to 25 pounds with occasionally lifting up to 10 pounds.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months experience in a similar position required.
• Excellent math skills required.
• Knowledge of basic computer skills and spreadsheets required.
• Past casino experience (cage, gaming, count team, etc) experience helpful.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license through the Bay Mills Gaming Commission and maintain eligibility throughout employment.
• Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance and speak, understand, and write in the English language.
• Must posses a personable, customer service attitude along with organizational ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Must have an excellent past work and attendance record, as evident through references and background checks.
• Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• To perform this position successfully, the individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each function listed under the essential functions and physical demands categories of this position description.
