What you do all day:

• Perform multiple home inspections per day using a computer program to record observations to report back to Property Manager. This includes owner requested property inspections, move in and move out inspections, city/county inspections, section 8 inspections etc
• Ability to identify and correct “defects” within a home or structure, photograph such defects, document the findings, and communicate the findings to the Property Manager.

Requirements:

• Physical requirements: A home inspector should be in good physical shape and condition.
• Ability to work in high temperature environments (summer) and low temperature and wet environments (winter), outside work is required no matter what type of weather on the day of the inspection.
• Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, computer skills, and work well with other team members.
• Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Must have your own reliable vehicle.
• Must have previous experience in property inspections, property management, and/or construction with customer service.
• Positive and energetic attitude. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn.
• Experience with computer devices and smartphones
• Flexibility and willingness to work overtime if needed
• Must own a smartphone no older than 3 years for photo documentation purposes.

Compensation:

$25.00 per hour

$700/month vehicle stipend
