Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and maintenance of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and general building maintenance - Conduct inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner - Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions - Weld and fabricate parts as needed - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) - Assist with the installation of new equipment or machinery - Provide leadership and guidance to junior maintenance staff - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations Skills: - Strong knowledge of electrical systems and ability to perform electrical repairs - Proficient in welding and fabrication techniques - Experience in facilities maintenance, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs - Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance tracking - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals - Knowledge of logic controllers and automation systems is a plus - Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting - Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Previous experience supervising or leading a team is preferred Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities.
