The Customer Success Representative is responsible for managing customer interactions with a focus on supporting and streamlining order entry processes. This role involves significant data entry work, customer communication, and clerical responsibilities, ensuring that customer needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Status: Full-time, Hourly
Physical Demands: The role frequently requires walking, standing, sitting, and talking or hearing. Occasionally, the employee will need to use hands to handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms.
