The Crisis Care Coordinator Dispatcher for our brand new CWRT (Community Wellness and Response Team) program is responsible for providing high quality and timely phone response to requests for support from community members using a strengths-based and harm reduction approach. Services include de-escalation, resourcing, problem-solving, family support and management of technology.
This is a site-based position with full work shift being on-site at the office and with potential to provide in-field response as needed. This position will manage both an active caller while dispatching and updating the response team in real time.
Our brand new Mobile Crisis Program operate 24/7, 365; providing in-field response to de-escalate and resource community members.
Available schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, SWING shift 4pm-12:30am
