Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. As a Family Law Attorney at Baxley Maniscalco, you will be responsible for representing clients in all aspects of family law matters, including but not limited to divorce, child custody, adoption, alimony, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals, providing expert legal guidance and advocacy throughout the legal process.

We encourage applicants from outside our immediate geographic area. You will need to be available to attend court in Calhoun and Cleburne counties when your cases are set but may work remotely from home several days a week. We will ask that you keep office hours two days per week.
