Baugo Community Schools is Hiring a Speech Language Pathologist Near Elkhart, IN
Job RequirementsFollow up on referrals of students suspected of having speech and/or language impairments.
Evaluate, reevaluate, case conference, and provide therapy to eligible speech and/or language impaired students following special education department procedures and Article 7.
Participate in training on special education departmental procedures and the IEP.
Complete evaluations, reevaluations, case conferences, and IEPs according to corporation procedures and state timelines.
Job QualificationsLicense in speech language therapy from the Indiana Dept. of Education
Preferred experience in evaluating and providing therapy to students with speech and/or language impairments; students' ages may range from preschool through young adult and have other primary disabilities, e.g., autism, cognitively impairment, etc.
IPLA license if supervising speech language assistant.
Ability to travel between sites using personal transportation
