Duties:

• Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and inbound/outbound calls.
• Dive into clients' needs, tailor-fit insurance solutions, and provide quotes in a timely manner.
• Empower clients with in-depth knowledge about various insurance options, making complex decisions simple.
• Master the art of client satisfaction, nurturing trust, and loyalty every step of the way.
• Go above and beyond by not just meeting but exceeding sales targets with finesse.

Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust
• Experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an advantage
• Previous experience in insurance, retail sales, food and hospitality, fitness training or coaching, are an advantage

Pay: $55,042.77 - $106,288.07 per year

Pay rate:

• Commission only
