Responsibilities of a Sales Associate:

  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our products or services in a given territory
  • Collaborate with the sales and management team to stay updated on product features, benefits, and specifications to communicate with customers effectively
  • Set and achieve ambitious sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about the latest offerings
  • Input all customer information into our CRM system accurately and efficiently
  • Promote a collaborative work environment by working effectively with team members and fostering camaraderie

What We Are Looking For:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or client-facing roles is ideal
  • Ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and teammates
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product features and negotiate effectively
  • Savvy when it comes to thinking outside the box and adapting to changing market conditions 
  • Demonstrate resilience in the face of rejection and challenges, maintaining a positive and persistent attitude
