You're a great fit if
- You’re at least 21 years of age or older.
- Working with your hands is something you find enjoyable.
- You’ve got a minimum of 1 year work experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production facility. (Cultivation experience is a plus!)
- You can bend, climb, squat, twist, kneels and stand for at least 8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Being positive and working well with others comes naturally to you.
- You’re curious and willing to support other departments by cross-training at the facility.
