As a deli counter associate you are customer facing and an important part of our team here at Battimelli's A&S Italian Fine Foods. We pride ourselves in our customer service, high quality of food, culinary knowledge, and attention to detail. Working on the deli counter you are not just slicing cold cuts, making sandwiches and serving imported Italian meats. We are a full service butcher as well so you will be communicating with the butchers what your customers are looking for. You will also engage in dialogue with the customers about the food they are looking for and the dishes they are cooking.
Being in business for over 30 years - we are a well established company that is not going anywhere. That being said your job is secure.
We are open Tuesday - Friday 9am - 6pm with two shifts (8am - 4pm) and (10am - 7pm). We are open Saturdays 9am - 5pm with shifts (8am - 4pm) and (10am - 6:15 pm). We are open on Sundays from 9am - 2pm with one shift 8am - 3:00pm.

Having the best customer service
Making sandwiches
Slicing deli meats
Serving meat from butcher case
Making antipasto Platters and Footer sandwiches
Having a culinary knowledge base and understanding of our product offerings
