Sales Associate/Cellphone Repair Tech

Batteries Plus, the nation's largest growing battery and light bulb franchise, is currently searching for a Part-Time customer oriented individual at our Kennewick, WA location. Our stores offer national brands at exceptional value. Our Sales Associates provide knowledge and offer solutions that differentiate us from the competition and give a face to the name of our brand. Phone repair and technical duties include replacing screens, batteries and other components on smart phones and tablets, as well as key cutting and programming of key fob remotes.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding the right products based on their needs and preferences
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Replace batteries in vehicles, watches, key fobs, and more (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 50lbs (car batteries) on a regular basis
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records of sales and inventory
- Previous experience in electronic, technical, or jewelry sales preferred
- Previous experience in device repair preferred
